Very good food and service. The seafood was spot on. Impressive for being inland.

Came out to the keg last weekend for a birthday dinner for 6 of us on a busy Saturday night and we all agreed we have never received such great service before. We were immediately sat in the patio. Nick was our server and very quick to come to the table with waters, introduce himself and congratulate us for the birthday. He then followed up quickly with drinks and recommendations of what was on special. Appetizers were good and Dinner was timely & fantastic. We left the table briefly to wash up in the bathroom & we came back to a set of all brand new napkins neatly folded, cleared plates and topped up waters!! Wow!! After we sat back down, Nick brought us a surprise birthday dessert and it made us feel so special. He was attentive, VERY descriptive and beyond sweet. It was evident that he wanted us to have a great experience. Absolutely blown away by our service, he went above and beyond. We will be back next birthday hands down.

I invited my fiance to celebrate our anniversary and I don't regret choosing that place. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive at all times, the food was delicious, they took a little longer than usual, they bring hot bread and incredibly delicious butter to the table and this makes the wait very pleasant. My fiance made a special request to the waiter and they made him the closest thing to what he asked for and in the end we ordered two desserts but one of the two was missing and they very kindly gave us a second mini creme brule which by the way is amazing. They made our anniversary a beautiful evening from start to finish.

My partner and I came here after long day out in the beach and my partner was able to make a same day reservation for dinner at 6:45pm on a Saturday. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful. Our server Hector greeted us right away, told us the specials and got us started with drinks and appetisers. We couldn’t decide on what we wanted but told him what we were thinking of. In the end he recommended the 20 ounce rib eye bone in steak to share, two lobster tails and a side of extra veggies and mashed potatoes. My partner ordered Oscar toppers as extra. He was able to recreate the dishes beautifully explaining it to the kitchen staff so it didn’t look like a bunch of separate items when it came out. The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked medium rare like we ordered. The lobster tails were also delicious and tender! We got everything in under an hour and it came to 180 with tax including my non alcoholic drink and my bfs iced teas. We usually get stares sometimes when we don’t order alcohol since we don’t drink but hector did not make us feel judged at all or too picky with how we wanted our dinner. He provided excellent service throughout the night refilling our drinks, taking our dishes away and he made our night feel so special! Will definitely nobe coming here again next here again when we visit Kelowna! There was even a rainbow outside when we left! Thanks Hector!!

The Keg Kelowna is definitely a great place for celebrating a special occasion!! Mackenzie the hostess made us feel very welcome & was so informative. Liam our server was very friendly, knowledgeable, recommended the Prime Rib...done perfectly & so juicy & tasty!! Liam then brought us a Billy Miner's pie...complimentary for our Anniversary delicious!! From excellent service, meals, & perfectly made Caesars, this Kelowna Keg Management & Staff Rock!! Thank You for a great dining experience!!

Make sure to book a reservation ahead of time as it was very busy and full of diners on Saturday evening. We ordered an appetizer, two drinks, and two steaks, and a dessert to share which cost around 150. I highly recommend getting the garlic mashed potatoes as a side because it complimented well with the steak. The sour dough bread with the butter was also a good starter and the bread came warm with easily spreadable butter. The scallop appetizer was too small though and not worth the extra 16 as it was 6 small pieces of scallops with bacon wrapped around them and a cocktail sauce. The salad you can order is huge and is a full plate. Service was good but being a chain establishment, we saw a lot of people with ball caps and hoodies which made it a notch lower in terms of atmosphere. Very consistent food and good service and our favourite place to get a steak.

A massive shout out to Nick who was mom, sis & nephew's server. He was attentive, patient, informative and hot.. The cauliflower was on point as was the espresso martini. The salmon melted in mom's mouth. The steak was bloody perfect for the nephew. Baby sis who is vegetarian loved the cauliflower and wedge salad. My family never felt rushed to leave the restaurant and appreciated the relaxed and calm environment. If you need a quiet place with good food, exceptional service and drinks, look no further. Ask for Nick. If you're lucky, you'll have him serve you.

Very very highly quality steak and good service. 10oz Filet, cooked medium, was a total win this evening. Thank you!
